About My Order

  1. Why didn't my order go through?

    If you are checking out with Google, did you make sure to select the type of Credit Card you are using? There are 4 listed. (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover), you must click on the name that applies to your card. Once you click on the card type, all other card types will fade out and you may proceed with your checkout.

  2. Is it safe to use my credit card?

    Absolutely. We in no way can see your credit cared name. We can only charge the card you entered for the amount rung up when using Google Checkout. If you use PayPal, the money is automatically transferred from your account to ours. 

  3. Why am I getting a PayPal Page when I go to checkout?

    I accept all payments through paypal. It is the safest for both you and me. I am unable to see your credit card information, and you do not need to create a paypal account to check out.

  4. Why can't I order my hair?

    Some people have been having issues ordering hair through the paypal website. I unsure why, becausse the link works just fine for myself and others. If you are in this group of people that can not order your hair, please e-mail us telling us the hair type and lengths you would like to purchase and we will send you a personal invoice for your checkout.

  1. When will my order be shipped to me?

    Shipping takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location. For hair, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

    Shipping takes between 2-5 business days depending on your location. For jewelry, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.

    [This is the maximum amount of days to allow. It does not mean that it will take that long]

  2. How long will it take before I receive my order?

    It could take from 2-7 business days after the processing phase is complete. We are located in Atlanta, GA. The closer you are, the shorter the shipping time.

  3. Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?

    Yes you will. We offer delivery confirmation where you can follow you order and know when it has arrived

  1. When do you post new jewelry?

    Every week we are thinking of new ideas and more ways to keep our customers glamorous and ahead of the next jewelry company.

  2. Why is the processing time so long?

    Jewelry is constantly being purchased at high volumes and we always have orders coming in, we ask that you allow up to 15 business days for processing. In many instances, processing will take half of that time.

  1. Do you travel for photos?

    Yes. A traveling fee will be applied depending on how far your destination is from Atlanta, GA

  2. What do you mean when you list CD?

    All photos will be put onto a disk and delivered to you with delivery confirmation.

  3. When do I pay for my photos?

    20% is due 30 days before event and 50% of the amount due must be paid before the day of the event. Remaining balance is due 1 week after event in order for photos to be released.

  1. Do you sell hair?

    Yes. If you order hair off of the website, please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be processed. Shipping confirmation is included.

  2. What's the shipping time on hair?

    The standard shipping price is $25 3-7 days.

HenJa Designs Representative

  1. What is a representative?

    A HenJa Designs representative is an invidiual in a specific city that sells hair for HenJa Designs. You get the same great quality as you would when purchasing from our website

  2. If I order from a representative, how will I receive my hair?

    Our representatives are only there to assist you in choosing the best hair, providing samples for you to touch, see, and feel the hair. They will accept your payment via SQUARE (we do NOT accept cash). After your order has been placed, HenJa Designs headquarters will process and ship your hair to you directly.

  3. How will I know if the person that is selling me hair as a HenJa Designs Representative really a representative for the company?

    If you click the link below, you will see a list of all active representatives. Just because they make have business cards, flyers, and samples with our logo does not mean they are currently still employed by us.
